Promote and support the achievement of
Statewide 2-1-1 coverage.

Serve as a unified voice for 2-1-1 service delivery,
Articulating its value.

Ensure the quality of 2-1-1 services by promoting agency
accreditation and certification of staff.

Establish an integrated statewide database of health and human
services.

Develop an integrated telephone system that will support the
entire Network and link call
centers together for emergency back-up and shared after-hours
services.

Address Service Quality issues with telecommunications providers.

Strengthen 2-1-1’s role at the time of disaster.

Seek funding in support of the 2-1-1 network.

Encourage consideration of 2-1-1 before a new hotline is created
within the state.

Work to increase awareness of 2-1-1 among consumers and other
stakeholders and coordinate marketing efforts, whenever possible.
